Services · Coaching · Consulting · Building

It all starts with a conversation.

Long, organic, in-person, guard-down conversations. That’s where the real work happens — before any coaching, any consulting, any technology gets built.

The goal is always the same

Three to five new revenue streams.

Not one magic bullet that makes you a million dollars. Three, four, five different streams that each bring in a few thousand a month. That’s what real, sustainable income looks like — and that’s what I help you find.

Whether we work together as coach, consultant, or builder, this is what we’re working toward.

So — let’s start somewhere

Which conversation are we having?

01 · Practice Owner

You run an independent medical practice.

Functional, integrative, hybrid, concierge, cash-pay — the kind of practice that cares about patients more than billing codes. You suspect you’re leaving money, time, or energy on the table — and you’re right.

02 · Founder · Operator · Entrepreneur

You’re building a business that serves humans.

Service business, software company, consulting firm, agency, brick-and-mortar — the industry matters less than the principle. You want to build something sustainable, not just busy.

The work I do is the same regardless of which kind of business you’re building. I sit with what you’ve already built. We find the three to five revenue streams hiding inside it. We figure out which directions are wrong before you invest a year chasing them. We untangle the systems that quietly drain your time, energy, and money.

How that work takes shape depends on how much of me you want, how fast you want it, and whether you want it one-on-one, in a small group, on a stage, or quietly in the background for a year while we build something together.

Here’s what’s available right now.

The Forms the Work Takes

What we can build together.

01 · The Conversation

1-on-1 Coaching & Consulting

$850 / 75 min

Single session · pay & schedule

75-minute Session · Zoom or in person

What it is

A single, focused conversation where you bring me the actual problem — the bottleneck, the offer that’s not working, the system that’s quietly draining you — and we untangle it together in real time.

What you walk out with

  • A clear diagnosis of what’s actually going on (often different from what you thought)
  • The two or three specific moves that will change the trajectory
  • A short list of the revenue streams hiding in plain sight in your current business
  • Permission, when you need it, to stop chasing the wrong thing

Who books this

Owners and founders who want one honest conversation with someone who’s actually built it — not a generic coach reading from a framework book. Often the only session a person needs. Bring the real problem, leave with the real answer.

02 · The Deep Dive

Strategic Intensive

$4,500 / half-day

$8,500 full-day · pay & schedule

Half- or full-day · Zoom or in person

What it is

Four hours (half-day) or eight hours (full-day) of concentrated work on your business. We sit down with your numbers, your offers, your systems, your team — and we map the next six to twelve months.

What we cover

  • A full P&L audit — what’s making money, what’s losing it, what’s invisible
  • The 3-5 revenue streams hiding inside your existing business, ranked by effort vs. return
  • Operational systems that are quietly draining you — and what to do about them
  • A written 90-day plan you walk out with, not a deck you’ll never open

Who books this

Owners and founders at an inflection point — about to scale, about to pivot, about to hire, about to raise. People who need to make the next move clearly the first time.

03 · The Long Game

Advisory Retainer

$9,500 / month

4-month minimum · by application

Ongoing · monthly + on-demand

What it is

I become part of your decision-making circle for the long haul. Available between sessions when something urgent comes up. Inside your business deeply enough to give counsel that’s actually right for you — not generic.

What’s included

  • Two structured sessions per month (90 minutes each)
  • On-demand asynchronous access — voice memo, text, email — for questions between sessions
  • Quarterly written strategic review of your business
  • Direct introductions to my network when relevant (operators, developers, advisors, capital)
  • An honest second opinion before you sign anything significant

Who books this

Owners and founders who are past the “one good conversation” stage and need a thinking partner in the work itself. Application required — I keep this list small on purpose.

04 · The Cohort

Group Programs & Workshops

$2,750 / seat

Quarterly cohort · pay & reserve

6-week program · small cohort

What it is

A small-cohort 6-week program focused on the work I do one-on-one — finding the hidden revenue streams, untangling the systems, making the right decisions under pressure — applied in a group of fellow practice owners and founders.

What the cohort gets

  • Six live group sessions (90 minutes each) every other week
  • Workbook and frameworks I use one-on-one, adapted for group work
  • A peer cohort of 8-12 owners at a similar inflection point
  • Office hours between sessions
  • Recordings + transcript of every session, yours to keep

Who books this

Owners who want the work but at a more accessible price point — and who learn well in a small, serious peer group. Cohorts open quarterly.

05 · The Stage

Speaking & Podcast Guesting

$10,000+

Keynote · panel · podcast

In person · virtual · audio

What I bring

A rare seat at the intersection of medicine, technology, and entrepreneurship — and audiences walk away with practical, actionable insight, not theory. Twelve years as a firefighter and paramedic. Ten years building five companies. Hundreds of practice owners coached. A neurodivergent brain — dyslexia, ADHD, autism — that turns out to be the most valuable tool I own.

Topics I love to talk about

  • The 3-5 revenue streams hiding inside every service business
  • Building software with no formal training (and YouTube as a master class)
  • The honesty of knowing when to step back and bring in better people
  • Neurodivergence as competitive advantage in business
  • What twelve years of emergency response teaches you about leadership under pressure
  • Why Cerbo is the best EHR in functional medicine. Always has been. Always will be.

Booking

$10,000 starting honorarium for keynotes and corporate stages. Conference panels and premium podcasts negotiated per engagement. Travel and accommodations billed separately. Curated podcast appearances — where alignment matters more than reach — considered case-by-case at no charge.

The Credibility

It doesn’t come from the stages I’ve been on. It comes from the work itself.

I’ve never been on Joe Rogan. I’ve been in the trenches, in the burn unit, in the code, and in the messy middle of building real companies that serve real people. That’s the credibility I bring to every conversation, every session, every retainer.

Revenue Streams
I’ll Help You Find

One last honest thing before we talk.

I’m not for everyone, and that’s the point. If you’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, I’m the wrong person. If you’re looking for someone who’ll sit with you in what’s actually going on, who’ll tell you when the direction is wrong before you spend a year on it, and who’ll show you the revenue streams hiding in plain sight inside the business you’ve already built — that’s the work I do.

I bring honesty, humility, and an obsession with what actually works in the real world, not just what sounds good on a stage. My background is unusual — twelve years as a firefighter and paramedic, no formal computer science background, taught myself software through YouTube, built five companies — and the lesson I learned along the way is the most important one I’ll share with you: know when to step back, evaluate honestly, and bring in better people than yourself so the company can grow beyond what you alone can carry.

If that resonates, book a session. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings — we’re not a fit, and that’s fine.
